A spacious lower-level apartment for up to eight people, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Tandådalen. The cross-country tracks start 100 metres from the door, and the SkiPass bus takes you to the slopes in two minutes. After a day of skiing, the sauna and open fireplace are waiting.
The cabin
The apartment is modern and fresh, with a standard well above the ordinary. Three bedrooms with bunk beds give eight beds (4 + 2 + 2), and there are two toilets, a shower, sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the spacious living room, the dining table and sofa corner sit in front of a genuine masonry fireplace. There is also a smart TV with Chromecast and fast fibre WiFi (broadband 300/300). The kitchen is fully equipped with hob and ovens, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The entrance hall has wardrobes and storage cupboards.
For families with small children there is a high chair and a cot, and a fold-down changing table in one of the toilets.
Location
The house is at the end of a short cul-de-sac, within walking distance of Tandådalens Fjällhotell, après-ski, an adventure pool, ski shop and ski rental, dog-sled tours, snowmobile rental, the mountain church and the shopping centre. Myrvägen 7 C is on the same plot.
Right next to the house is a regularly groomed network of cross-country tracks in loops totalling 30 km. The SkiPass bus runs frequently and takes you to the alpine slopes of Tandådalen–Hundfjället in two minutes.
Good to know
- Heated ski room (10 m²), shared with Myrvägen 7 C, with ski racks and a waxing bench, and an outlet for an engine heater.
- The driveway and parking are cleared of snow by a local contractor.
- Winter: weekly (Sunday–Sunday) or weekend (Thursday–Sunday).
- Summer and autumn: weekly (Saturday–Saturday).
- Rented to families and adults (25+).
- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.
